What this site stores
Retainage and pay-application figures are processed in your browser. Optional Pro demo unlock and saved jobs use this device’s local storage. We do not run a user account system or a server-side database of your contracts.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL) to operate the CDN and block abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for that processing.
Cookies and ads
This version does not set advertising cookies. If ads are added later, this page will be updated with the vendor and a way to opt out where required.
